I've owned this place for over six years now and it has been a fantastic property.
What I really liked is the location and the space it had to offer in comparison to some of the other houses I viewed at the time.
I could walk to the station, town and access to the motorway is pretty straight forward too, so getting around is not an issue. Saying it is quite central is an understatement.
Across the road you have a park which is quite handy especially in the summer months, it is only a stroll away and you can sit out on a blanket with a picnic enjoying the views over the river Medway.
The property is currently rented out which is a great option if you are a buy to let investor, if not it is a perfect family home.
