We moved here over 16 years ago and it has been a happy home with fabulous memories.
The size of the property both internally and externally has always been a great feature, this has been extremely useful while the children have been growing up.
It was really important to us that the children went to Balfour School, so now they have grown up it is the right time to make a move.
Our knowledge of the area was pretty good at the time as a result of us already living locally, so when this came up it was pretty much an easy decision to go ahead with it and we have no regrets whatsoever.
We have done out best to maintain the property to a very good standard so the new owners just need to move in and enjoy it as much as we have.
