I really enjoy the versatility and comfort this property brings. The lounge is where we spend most of our time as a family, especially at the weekends. Having two separate windows lets in so much natural light which illuminates the room as soon as you enter, it is really welcoming.
Having a toilet on each floor is also priceless, in addition to all of this the bedrooms are all of good sizes and having the dressing area with the master is just the icing on the cake. In regards to convenience then this location speaks for itself, it is very easy for me to get around.
