We moved here many years ago and it has been a great home. The location and layout is what we wanted and it was within our budget so it was very much an easy decision.

Some of the other houses we viewed had the bathroom downstairs, but the fact that this one was upstairs made the difference. Having a school around the corner was handy too, because when it was time to do the school run I didn't have to worry about jumping in the car.

We made some changes to this place over the years, from double glazing to recently adding the wet room downstairs. We do hope the new buyers enjoy it as much as we have.
