I have seen so many changes in the area over the last 28 years of living here. What really attracted me to this place all those years ago, was the size internally, the fact it has a garden and the added bonus of a downstairs toilet. With all this extra space it meant that I didn't have to move until now because I need to downsize and this is the only reason I am selling.

The windows have been replaced along with the kitchen and a few more bits have been done over the time I have been here. Some modernising is required, but at least the new owners can get stuck in.

It has been a very happy home and I hope that the new owners will enjoy it as much as I have and stay here even longer!
