I have always lived local to Canterbury, and moved to “this property” about 17 years ago. Previously living in a home with a large garden it was important that we downsized to a home that had a manageable size garden.

This home was ideal, I love how peaceful it is. There are also amenities if we need the shop, post office, bus links and doctors surgery in Chartham. I often head down to the village hall for a game of bingo.

Over the time we have been here we have made some decoration changes, replacing the boiler, flat roof replaced to the rear and also changed the layout to make the lounge into a rear bedroom and the bedroom into a lounge.
