When we were looking for a home, space was definitely on the priority list as well as being able to get to town easily. We also wanted it to be in a peaceful environment.
As soon as we came across this property, it just seemed to tick all of our boxes.
Having Caterham mainline station within easy reach has been so useful and, because it is the end of the line, we have had no problem in getting a seat.
It has also been great having a variety of restaurants within walking distance , especially when we fancied a drink as we could just leave the car at home!
