This was my dad’s house and we lived here for around 50 years! It had been a council house previously and he purchased it from them. He liked living in Aylesham as there’s a really a good community her. He liked the community, the local clubs and the feeling of being somewhere he felt was safe. There’s quite a lot of facilities in Aylesham too which I know my dad found very handy such as doctors, post office and local shop. The house really needs total refurbishment now. I think it would be a good opportunity for a first time buyer who wants to make something their own or perhaps an investor looking for project.
