I was looking for an investment when I purchased this bungalow. I chose it because it seemed like a very good prospect – it had 5 bedrooms that were all let and was achieving a good rental. I’ve never had a problem letting the property. It’s just such a popular location here as it’s very close to the University. There are no major roads to cross on the way to the University if you are walking and so students seem to like living here. The bungalow has got a lovely big garden – there could be potential to extend on the existing accommodation here, subject to the necessary planning being obtainable!
