The lovely character and period style features really attracted me to this house. I love the fact that it is so close to the City centre and just a short walk into town; it means you can go for a drink after work, meet friends for dinner or jump on the train into London very easily. Although it is very close to the heart of the City it’s a very quiet road here and there are no parking restrictions. Since 2007 I have made lots of improvements to my home including replacing the kitchen and bathroom, installing a new central heating boiler and replacing the doors and some of the windows. It’s ready for a new buyer to move into now. It would be great for a first time buyer, just as I was when I purchased this house.
