Firstly, it is in a fantastic location – only 0.8 miles from Canterbury East station and just a little further to the City centre. The slip road that goes onto the A2 is just up the road and there is a big supermarket close by too. The size of the accommodation is really good – 2 nice size bedrooms, an en-suite, bathroom, big lounge/diner plus a garage and parking too. The apartment is fairly modern in its design so it’s quite low maintenance too.
