When we moved in as first time buyer 5 years ago, we had viewed other properties in the area but fell in love with the great mix of space, convenience, privacy and peace that this second floor apartment offers. Also the lift was a huge bonus when moving our furniture in and it's great when you're just feeling lazy! Our favourite feature at home is the open-plan living, dining and kitchen area which is great for relaxing in, entertaining friends (we had 20 round for Christmas dinner!) and just catching up with each other at the end of the day.
The his & hers bathroom and en-suite are great in the morning. We can both get ready without queuing and mayhem of a single bathroom!
