I purchased the penthouse off plan when this section of The Tannery was being built. I chose to buy here for a number of reasons. Firstly it is a very spacious penthouse with lots of space. As I purchased off plan I was able to make some modifications to the layout. There was originally going to be a large open plan hallway/dining room, but I preferred to use some of this space to have a third bedroom instead. The second reason I chose to buy here is the fabulous location. It is just a short walk into the City centre and to Canterbury East Station from here. This makes it so convenient! I have really enjoyed staying here when I have been in the country.
