I chose to buy in The Tannery as it is such a wonderful location. I wanted something that I could let out and felt because it is so central here I would not have any problems. You can easily walk into town from here, so it's nice for professionals who perhaps want to go out for dinner of for a drink after work. You can also walk to the train station from here too. Canterbury East is the closest. The apartment itself really is an excellent size with lovely kitchen, ensuite and bathroom. It is currently being sold with tenants in situ
