I bought this home in 2006 off plan and selected this particular apartment based on the location and stunning view of the mill and river. I looked at other developments but, in comparison, Waters Edge had a much better finish.
In all this time the apartment has been rented out, so it has been an ideal investment. More recently I moved in myself and loved looking out at the views.
The apartment is still in excellent condition which means that it is ideal for any person not looking to do any work. I am now looking to up-size to a bigger home with my partner.
