I have lived in my flat since the 1980’s. I chose it because it’s on the top floor, meaning there’s no one above you. It’s a nice quiet area here, with a nice outlook too. I have found that the bills are quite cheap and it’s a very cheap flat to run. Another good thing about living here is the communal car parking. Although you don’t get a space allocated to you, I’ve always been able to park. It’s really handy. There’s lots of storage in the flat too. These flats always seem very popular for students to live in probably because it’s a very short walk to Christchurch University from here.
