Then before you can move in you need to pay: £1050.00

(This includes the first month's rent of £525 and a deposit of £525)

The Deposit will be registered with one of the Government's Approved Schemes and sent off to them.



Pets Considered - but no big dogs, and if acceptable will be subject to a non-refundable one off Pet Premium Fee of £100

DSS will be considered providing you can meet our criteria.



Proof of Id will be required for both the tenants and the Home Owner Guarantor.
