We have loved living here as it is such a pleasant and quiet area yet we can enjoy a lovely walk in to the heart of Broadstairs if we want to. The garage has been such a benefit to us. Occasionally we have used it for the car but it is also very handy for storage.

We have really looked after the apartment over the years meaning that someone should be able to move straight in, unpack and enjoy it here as much as we have.
