When we first saw this house we could not believe the size and space available. We had seen a number of three bedroom semi detached houses that were no bigger than this, but far more expensive.
The house had everything we wanted and needed. The road is quiet and there is no passing traffic, in fact people only come up here if they are visiting or live here. We can park our cars off road conveniently in front of the house, and to top it off, we are in the catchment area for the local schools. It is just perfect.
