I originally bought this house for two reasons. Firstly it was new and modern, therefore I could move straight in without having to do any work. Since then the house has been very well looked after and is still in great condition.
The second reason is the location. As well as being in the heart of St.Peters’ village it is also within walking distance of the university campus and local schools. Ideal for those with children.
