Two things attracted us to this house when we bought it, the area and the size. We had young children so it was spot on the raise a family as there is so much space here. Pierremont Avenue is also in the catchment area for the local schools, so we didn't have to travel far.
Everything is on your doorstep including the train station with its fast links to London, so for those who work in the capital, it could not be any closer.
The garden was also very important to us and is a very good size, so in the summer you can enjoy the outside just as much as the inside.
