What attracted us most to this particular house when we are looking were two things; firstly the location, and secondly the room sizes.
Since we have been here we have redecorated and re-carpeted throughout, put in a new kitchen and bathroom, a new boiler and many new radiators, and replaced many of the windows to the rear. We hope the next owners enjoy this house just as much as we have done.
We love the location as from here we can walk to the town and the beach and enjoy the restaurants, cafés and pubs that Broadstairs has to offer.
