Location Beaston is a small hamlet not far from Broadhempston, a small village located in the north of the South Hams.   Broadhempston has a vibrant local community and has a church, a primary school, two pubs and a shop/post office. The market towns of Totnes and Kingsbridge (South coast beaches) are approximately 5 and 19 miles away respectively. The beautiful rugged landscape of Dartmoor is only 5 miles away.

Directions From Totnes take the A385 signposted towards Exeter then turn right at the mini roundabout onto the A384. Continue on the A384 after the next mini roundabout and then turn right at Huxhams Cross, continue over Staverton Bridge and take the next left towards Landscove. After approx. a mile turn left and then right towards Broadhempston. The property will be found towards the end of the hamlet of Beaston.
