I have lived in Broadbridge Heath for a number of years, it has been such a convenient location for me. My job often takes me all over Surrey and Sussex and the drive to work is always easy with the A24, A264, A281 and A29 just a few moments away. Within the village itself, there is a great pub, post office and a huge Tesco which is perfect for the weekly shop. Horsham is just a couple of miles away, well within walking distance for me, I would often walk into town to meet up with friends for a night out leaving my car safely parked in it's allocated space.
