I remember when we viewed the house how much of a state it was in. it didn’t phase me though as we could see the amount of potential that the house offered and how much space there was.
We have created a fourth bedroom downstairs but have still managed to keep a good size lounge area. We did not cut any corners either when it came to the refurbishing. The shower room didn’t need replacing although we have freshened it up. We have replaced the flooring and redecorated throughout the whole house.
The neighbours are so lovely as well and there are a lot of families nearby and everyone looks out for one another which is really nice.
