When I saw the flat I was surprised at how much space I got for the price. The lounge/kitchen area has plenty of room and is so bright.

I have put cladding on the balcony which has added a great deal of privacy. I have also fitted wardrobes in the bedroom and the carpet in the lounge has been replaced with laminate flooring.

It’s so easy to park outside and town is so convenient but at the same time there are some great dog walks nearby.

It’s lovely to stroll up to the race course. There’s also a bus stop down the road and the railway station is not far.
