There is also another open balcony so you can get some fresh air.
The block is situated in a quiet, cul-de-sac type road and although tranquil and away from noise, it's a really easy location to get about from. With the regeneration that London Road and The Level are currently going through, there are lots of shops and trendy bars to enjoy. Lewes Road is also just around the corner. London Road and Brighton mainline stations are both within walking distance and buses run regularly, too.
A useful storage room can be found on the ground floor of the block and there is even a secure 'drying room' to get your clean laundry out of the way!

This flat was owned by my aunt and she and her husband were the very first people to actually live in it! Having rented the property initially, they like it so much that they decided to buy it.
Her husband was the caretaker at the time and there still are caretakers employed. As you can tell the communal grounds and common ways are well looked after and there is even a room where you put your rubbish to be collected and disposed of.
My favourite things about the flat have to be the way that the light floods into the flat from all directions. I will miss visiting and hope the new buyer thoroughly enjoys making this their new home!
