Five years ago we searched Brighton for a flat to buy as an investment and also for our son to live in whilst at university. After viewing a lot of dingy, dark flats needing upgrading we were delighted to find this light, bright and spacious flat.
Being on the ground floor was a bonus with the bay window and original fireplace.
Once our son had finished university he married and has only moved as his family is growing. He has loved living here.
