When we viewed four years ago, we were first struck by the amount of space and how it felt as if it were built for humans, in contrast to other flats we viewed. In fact we couldn’t believe how much you could get for your money by just being a short distance from town.

We have entertained up to 14 people in the past but haven’t felt overwhelmed and it’s so nice to have so much space. The management of the block is really helpful as well. One day we lost the keys to the outside storage cupboard. In no time at all they came over, gained access and replaced the locks all with no charge!

We’ve loved every one of our four years here and feel sure the next owners will too.
