We’ve loved living here for the fantastic location of being 15-20 minutes walk to the centre. It’s lovely taking evening walks to places like Queens Park or up towards the Downs where there are fantastic views over Brighton.
The flat is a light and airy space with high ceilings and feels really peaceful. The street outside is wide so you don’t directly face any other windows and has the advantage of unrestricted parking. Also the back bedroom is away from any roads.
It’s a characterful space with warm looking wooden doors and window frames. We also had the original fire place opened up and an iron one with wooden surround built. It should work as a proper open fire once the chimney has been swept and the official safety tests done.
