When we first saw this flat come up for sale we were blown away by the individuality of it!
Being over two floors and having a split level between the kitchen and the living room gives the flat a really unique, spacious feel.

Its such a shame we have to move as this has been such a great place to live, having just started a family, we need to make the next step up the property ladder.

We will miss the location as we have been so spoilt with Preston Park around the corner and the station itself has been invaluable for my husband who commutes by train every day.
