We moved into this house around 18 years ago from London and we were immediately impressed by the spacious kitchen which even had space for a table to enjoy dining with the family at the end of the day. The other huge draw for us was the fantastic schooling in the immediate vicinity which still remain to be some of the best in Brighton.

Since we have lived here we have maintained the house and also extended into the loft which has provided an incredibly useful extra bedroom. We also decided to keep the shower room separate on the top floor and it therefore services other bedrooms which has helped us avoid the morning rush.
