This flat is in a truly fantastic location as you are so close to everything you need! There are fantastic transport links such as London road Station, literally down the road and there is a bus stop as soon as you step out the front door. You can be in the centre of Brighton in no time at all.

The study room could easily double up as a nursery or child's room, so for those maybe looking to start a family, the accommodation could be perfect. The local Primary School is Downs Infants, which always rates highly in Ofsted reports. We have had many happy memories in this flat and hope the new owner enjoys it as much as we did!
