Property description

For anyone looking for a home they could move straight into, look no further, as this new build 'eco' house should be ideal. Have peace of mind that no-one else will have a house quite like this one! On a plot set back from the road, no-one will even know you're there which we feel gives you a fantastic sense of seclusion and privacy yet getting into the buzz and hubbub of central Brighton couldn't be easier - whether its by bus, bike or even by foot.

Just over the road is Preston Park itself with an abundance of activities to enjoy, there are 'park runs' every weekend, tennis courts and even a veledrome for keen cyclists to enjoy!

The house itself is cleverly laid out. With the sleeping space downstairs and the main living space upstairs, the house is designed to maximise on natural light. All of the rooms are of good proportions and the open plan nature of the living room is a quality space in which you can enjoy entertaining your guests.

Families with young children will no doubt have heard about the fantastic local schooling in the Fiveways area Balfour, Varndean and Dorothy Stringer are all within walking distance. With such fantastic local amenities too, there are fabulous bistro pubs to enjoy, not to mention a short stroll to all of the trendy venues opening up as part of the multi-million pound London Road regeneration programme.

What the Owner says:

When I first saw this property I was immediately drawn to it due to the unique style and design, I knew there weren't going to be any compromises I'd need to make.
Commuting to London meant it was important for me to find a home close to stations. Being nestled between London Road, Brighton and Preston Park stations made this house perfect for my needs.
Since I have owned the house I've made some clever changes to the downstairs layout. I have added a bedroom and also a utility room which have proved to be invaluable, this hasn't taken away from the fact there are two bathrooms and it has given a lovely, spacious feel when you are welcomed into the entrance hall.
