We lived in the garden flat next door so when this property came up for sale we were very excited! Having been here for 7 years now it has been the perfect home to raise a young family in and we have improved it hugely over time. We are most attached to the spacious lounge, with its tall ceilings , character features and beautiful fireplace, it is the perfect space to relax in and soak up the character features. One of our favourite things is also the views of the viaduct, it creates a historic outlook and we think it's a treat to the eyes.

It is also in a great area for kids, with Preston Park on your doorstop and outstanding local schools, our children have been very happy here.
