Security Deposit: £250 – Once you have decided to apply, this fee is needed to secure the room. Once the tenancy agreement has been signed, this figure will then automatically become your deposit and will be held securely for the duration of your tenancy with the DPS (Deposit Protection Service). If you decide to withdraw your application, this fee will not be refunded.

Our Fees Explained: Your Home will always ‘pre-qualify’ your application details prior to you paying the application fees to ensure that you would pass referencing based on the information you have given us. The only reason the application process will fail is if the information you have given us is incorrect, in this instance, no refund would be due.

When you are happy that your circumstances meet the requirements of the referencing process, we will take the applicable fees from you. Once paid, the room will be ‘secured’ for you (pending successful references) meaning that all future viewings will be cancelled and no further interest taken. We will not take any fees from anyone else whilst your application is being processed.

Once all is successful, you will be required to pay the first month's rent 3 days prior to move in.
