What drew us to this property was the location – so peaceful and quiet and the lane at the rear leads straight onto the countryside which is perfect for blackberry picking! We have upgraded the heating system with a new combi boiler in 2013 and have redecorated a few of the rooms as we needed to. Otherwise the property was perfect for us. The space of the plot as a whole has been perfect for family coming to stay, and we are now simply downsizing to a different area. We are positive that anyone will love this home as much as we have and will enjoy the peace and quiet that this area offers. We will miss our lovely neighbours and the garage has been an amazing space to work on my classic cars, but it’s time for a change.
