Property description

Boughton lies almost centrally between Faversham and Canterbury and is well connected to both. The village itself has remained relatively unchanged over the years and that is often part of the huge appeal for many buyers.

Set back from Colonels Lane, with good on road parking facilities, this three bedroom home offers much for a family.

A conservatory addition has boosted the living space significantly and with that opening onto an already generous lounge/dining room, there is ample room for the family to spread out. Alongside is a modern style kitchen with maple coloured units and enough work top space to test your culinary skills.

In your spare time, you can make the most of the location. There are walks in abundance across the countryside into nearby Dunkirk and Hernhill and a selection of local pubs can be enjoyed en route.

A short drive gets you onto the A299/M2/A2 road links where you can connect for shopping in Canterbury or, perhaps, Bluewater?

Back at home on warm days you can make use of the good size garden. Its length allows space for the children to play as well as a nice patio area and, perhaps, you can really get back to nature by growing some fruits and vegetables.

This could be the property for you so why not come along and have a look?

What the Owner says:

We have enjoyed living in Colonel's Lane and the village of Boughton-under-Blean. We moved to the house 10 years ago as a couple and found the space the house offers a big pull to stay. Even starting a family the space was a bonus to us.

The neighbours are friendly and the village itself is in an ideal location to get places. The village offers a lot: two great pubs, a doctor's surgery, a Post Office, hairdressers, a lovely village school and a nursery(which our daughter loved going to), a shop and a restaurant.

One of the best things for me though has been looking out of our bedroom window and seeing cherry blossom on the trees in Spring time.
