This has been a great place to live. The neighbours are fantastic and everyone looks out for everyone else. You have privacy when you want it within the apartment itself and then use of the great communal areas. The garden is so well kept and is a lovely place to sit. The communal areas such as the storage areas and secure bike stalls are a real bonus.

We have really felt like we have been living in a house more than a flat. The entrance hall would work very well as a study area as is a good size. Having the downstairs cloakroom is also a good feature, especially when you have guests. This is a lovely place to have people over too actually as the main living space is so ‘social’ and the second bedroom is a great size.
