This bungalow has been in our family for many years now and even before I lived here I loved coming to visit. We moved into the house just over 9 years ago and have done lots of modernisation in the property, but still retaining a cosy feel. The house has always had potential to make additions, however, we have never had a need for more space here. Location has always been key to me as we have two dogs that need constant exercise and having such a large garden and orchard has been a real advantage. Just down the road are some fabulous walks including the South Downs and Bookham Common.

New opportunities mean that we are now moving but will be sad to go as we have many happy memories here.
