We have lived in the area for several years. It was by chance that we bought this home as actually my wife was looking with a friend. But she fell in love with it herself. It is such a peaceful area and being on the corner, it gives us more space in the rear garden as well as room to park the car and motor home off the road. It did need some work and over the years we have decorated throughout, replacing the kitchen and windows and a new boiler installed about two years ago, the list is endless. We are now looking to downsize and relocate closer to family onto the other side of Canterbury.
