This open and light area has sliding glazed doors to the walled and lawned garden, again with glorious views over the sea and north west to the mountains. All windows are double glazed.

Heating is by both storage heaters and by thermostatic panel heaters. Water heating is by immersion heaters. Heating and water heating are automatically controlled remotely by radio. Cooking is by electricity. Mains water and drainage are connected.

The Crow's Nest is to be sold fully carpeted and furnished including all curtains. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes nearly new washing and drying machines and cooker and the fridge freezer and microwave oven. Glassware, crockery and utensils are included. All beds, bed linen and towels are also included in the sale. There is TV, DVD, CD and radio equipment. TV reception is by FreeSat system. In fact, the house is for sale complete and just as you see it! The only exceptions will be a few pictures.

The Crow's Nest has ongoing bookings during 2014 which will be honoured. It has been run as a small business for the past twenty years and has had good levels of rental and records of regular clients.
