My son initially bought this home to live in himself and to be closer to us however after a change of circumstances my father ended up moving in instead. Coming from a busy part of London was a big change for him as the pace of life in Birchington is a lot more relaxed but he has never looked back since and has enjoyed every minute.
Being close to everything nearby was very important as it meant he could keep his independence and live his own life but now we all agree it is time that he moved in with us instead. I know the new owner(s) will enjoy living there just as much as he has over the years.
