We bought this home when our three children were young. The school was just a short walk up the road so we didn't have to worry about the normal school run and parking issues. It is great to be close by to bus routes but not be on a main road. We spend a lot of time at the beach in Minnis Bay and the now grown up children like it just as much as they did when they used to build sand castles. The conservatory is a wonderful place to spend time in as the sun hits it all day long.
