We knew as soon as we saw our home 11 years ago that this was the place we could like to raise our family and although we had seen quiet a few properties at the same time none of them ticked so many boxes as this one.

With 2 young sons it has been absolutely perfect for us, giving us a wonderful peaceful haven, yet being within such a short walk of Billericay Town and Station where there is so much going on it is so convenient. We both enjoy playing golf and there are some fantastic golf courses close by together with some great restaurants, wine bars and coffee bars which provide a great meeting place for catching up with friends. If we don't fancy cooking at any time there is such a brilliant selection of cuisine provided by the restaurants and we don't have to worry about driving or getting a taxi as they are all within a short walking distance.

It is also great for commuters as the station is only a 10 minutes walk and the train services are excellent being just 30 minutes into the centre of London. Many of them now stop at the new Westfield Shopping Centre where you can buy absolutely everything although the local shops are great and there is a very stocked Waitrose also within walking distance.
The whole family have really enjoyed living here but now our family has grown up and leaving home, we are looking to move on and we really hope the next family will enjoy living here as much as we have.
