Needless to say, the location was the first thing that attracted me to this home and the fact that the art deco style retained all it's original features just appealed to me more. I have lived here for 5 years now and have extensively re-vamped the property to include complete re-rendering to the outside, re-wiring, new kitchen and bathrooms and re-decorating throughout. All improvements are sympathetic to the 'art deco' theme.
