Over the last 11 years we have enjoyed every minute of living here.
As our family has expanded there has always been plenty of room for everyone to have their own space.
When the sun is out, we often take a stroll into Banstead, and by car in 10 minutes we can be up on Epsom Downs, or shopping in Sutton, Epsom or Reigate. Having the M25 close by is very handy for both Heathrow and Gatwick airports when it's holiday time and for getting to the coast quickly.
Since moving in we have replaced the kitchen, bathroom, boarded the loft and up-rated the loft insulation.
