We like everything about this property!
The flow of the house is good, with all of the downstairs rooms being accessible from the entrance hall. We find this very convenient, as is having the downstairs cloakroom. The landing is bright, the third and fourth bedrooms are a great size and the en-suite is a nice luxury to have with a family in tow.
It was also the only house we had seen within our budget that had a larger than average garage. We have since adapted it to make some additional living space, however, it can easily be converted back for minimal cost as the garage doors are still in place.
We have always enjoyed the tranquillity of the location and the seclusion the gardens have to offer.
