We love living here! It’s such a tranquil setting. Unlike a lot of the other flats in the development, ours has a more traditional layout with odd shaped rooms and additionally has a good sized double second bedroom.
The lounge area and kitchen area are open plan, which means it feels bright and airy, but cosy at the same time. When entertaining, it means we can still prepare the food without losing touch with our guests. Everyone that comes round is amazed by the size of the family bathroom. The estate agent says it is bigger than most detached houses he has sold in Banstead! We are also fortunate enough to have windows in both the en-suite as well as the family bathroom which is very pleasant.
