We struggled to find a 5 bedroom house in Banstead; this one was the perfect size and location for us and we have remodelled it to provide a versatile living space. When we refurbished the house we also replaced the heating with a Megaflo pressurised heating system and made provision for a bathroom/shower room to be created by moving a wall slightly in one of the bedrooms and utilising the old airing cupboard on the landing. We are close enough to walk to the village and the wide variety of shops, cafes and restaurants.
